We incorporate nationally recognized activities that are noted for promoting the best physical and social health. All are provided in a social setting that promotes decreased isolation and improves mood and alertness.<\/p>\n
Participants attend Mondays through Fridays, from one to five days per week, to enjoy an active day and to remain socially connected. We provide two snacks and a nutritionally balanced lunch. A typical day with us promotes cognitive, physical and emotional well-being.<\/p>\n
